Specific Responsibilities are for an Administrative Specialist Who Can Grow Into a Dedicated HR, Finance, or Office Management Role:
- Human Resources Support:
- Assist with new employee orientation
- Assist with policy updates and revisions
- Manage monthly employee reports
- Assist in managing the RISI Gives Back Committee (community service activities)
- Assist with HR projects as assigned
- Finance Support:
- Assist in creating reports and doing analysis
- Fill in for AR & AP and other finance duties as needed
- Office Management
- Manage office facilities and small projects, including cleanliness and maintenance and upgrades; manages relationships with office-related vendors, landlord and internal departments.
- Performs routine administrative duties as needed
- Executive Support:
- Supports the CEO, COO, VP of Finance and Human Resources with administrative duties and projects
- Perform special marketing projects such as customer letters and invitations
- Manage travel arrangements and expense reports
- Required qualifications:
- 2-3 years of Administrative Support experience
- Must demonstrate experience handling highly confidential matters discreetly
- Must demonstrate ability to work independently
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Desired qualifications:
- Finance or Human Resources administrative experience
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- Strong team player with positive attitude, energy and willingness to learn
- Ability to adapt to a wide range of priorities, take ownership, and follow them to completion
