| Pulpaper '98 is shaping up to be one of the largest and best-attended trade shows for the world's pulp and paper industry when it is held June 1998 in Helsinki, Finland.
"Applications to exhibit are pouring in from suppliers all over the world" said Rolp Hurting, managing director of Adforum, the organizing company on behalf of the Finnish Paper Engineers Assn., "and many international suppliers will be present at the Helsinki Center for the first time." Among major suppliers making their debut are the Beloit Corp. from the U.S., and BASF and Voith Sulzer Paper Technology from Germany.
"PulPaper '98 will play host to 800 to 1,000 suppliers from 30 countries," he said. "In addition, the show will welcome 15,000 to 20,000 industry professionals from more than 50 countries, making the show a truly international event."
