FLETCHER CHALLENGE CANADA

Jan Reinas, pres. and CEO of Norske Skogindustrier ASA, has been appointed chairman of Fletcher Challenge Canada Ltd. Reinas takes over from Alexander Toldte, CEO of Fletcher Challenge Paper, who resigned with fellow director Michael Andrews following the company’s indirect acquisition.
