Thomas M. Gannon, exec. v.p., commercial operations, will be in charge of the company's new consumer products packaging business charter. Gannon appointed James E. Monahan Jr. as v.p. and gen. mgr. to head the new business. The consumer products packaging management team reporting to Monahan include Lee A. Andrews, gen. sales mgr.; Patti Gettinger, product mgr., Omnikote; Michael J. Roman, gen. mgr., Z-Flute; Michael D. Zoeckler, bus. dev. mgr., Z-Flute; and Pamela A. Buckel, mgr., finance and admin. J. Robert Leighty has been named CEO of the company. Leighty, currently exec. v.p., will assume all executive responsibilities for the operation of the company. Leighty is replacing Derek Coomber, who is withdrawing from the day-to-day operations of the company. Retaining his title as pres., Coomber will serve as a consultant to Leighty.

Hall is retiring after two years with the company.
