Press felt
Weavexx has introduced Huyperpunch-D press felt technology. The felt's diagonal needling is based on a curved needle board that enables the needles to penetrate the fabric diagonally at a certain angle in almost any direction. Because of this needling technology, the batt anchorage within the layers of the fabric is improved by up to 40%, based on a longer friction area.

Micro-slitting quill sets
Dienes Corp.'s Quill Set technology provides clean, accurate web slit widths from 0.020 in. (.05 mm) to 0.200 in. (5 mm). With precision manufacturing, knife thicknesses held to 40 millionths of an inch (0.001 mm) allow for eight or more slits to be cut simultaneously (material dependent).

Biosolids dryer
