Please note: Your conference registration does not include accommodations, nor does it guarantee a room will be reserved for you. Therefore, it is your responsibility to reserve your own room for the conference. A block of rooms has been secured at the Four Seasons Hotel in Shanghai at a group rate of 1,600 RMB (for a single room) and 1,800 RMB per night (for a double room). Continental breakfast is included in the group rates.

The rooms will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. We advise you to make your bookings as early as possible to ensure your room reservation. Reservations will be accepted at the group rate until the room block is full or May 1, 2009 (whichever comes first). After that, reservations will be honored based on availability at regular hotel rates.

Please note: Guests must cancel their reservation within 48 hours prior to arrival date (local time) in order to avoid cancellation fees equal to the full stay of their reservation.
