Regular Fees:
US$1,595 per participant (if registered on or before August 10, 2009)
US$1,795 per participant (if registered after August 10, 2009)

Group Discount:
Companies sending five or more attendees will benefit from a group discount of 20%.

RISI North American Service Members:
Free for RISI Members of North American Services. You must have RISI North American Conference Invitations included in your membership.

The registration fee covers participation in all conference sessions, cocktail receptions on September 14th and 15th, lunch on September 15th and 16th, breaks, and a copy of the conference proceedings. The fee does not include accommodations or meals other than those mentioned above. All fees must be paid in full prior to the conference.

Cancellation Policy

For registered attendees who are unable to attend the conference, the following cancellation policy applies:

  • Full refund of the registration fee with written notification of cancellation received before August 10, 2009.
  • 60% refund and a copy of the conference proceedings with written notification of cancellation received on or before August 24, 2009.
  • Fees will not be refunded if cancellation notification is received after August 24, 2009, or in case of no-show.
  • Substitutions are allowed at any time.
  • Non-payment does not constitute cancellation.
