Registration Fees

Companies Headquartered in India:*
INR 6000 per participant (if registered on or before November 3, 2009)
INR 7000 per participant (if registered after November 3, 2009)

*Note: This special rate is only available to companies that were originally founded and maintain their primary headquarter office in India. This discount does not apply to multinational companies who maintain an office outside of India.

International Attendees (Companies Headquartered Outside India):
US$450 per participant (if registered on or before November 3, 2009)
US$550 per participant (if registered after November 3, 2009)

The registration fee covers participation in all seminar sessions, lunch, breaks, and a copy of the conference proceedings. The fee does not include accommodations or meals other than those mentioned above. All fees must be paid in full prior to the conference.

Cancellation Policy

For registered attendees who are unable to attend the seminar, the following cancellation policy applies:

  • Full refund of the registration fee, less an INR 1000 service charge, with written notification of cancellation received on or before October 30, 2009.
  • 60% refund, less an INR 1000 service charge, and a copy of the conference proceedings with written notification of cancellation received on or before November 13, 2009.
  • Fees will not be refunded if cancellation notification is received after November 13, 2009, or in case of no-show.
  • Substitutions are allowed at any time.
  • Non-payment does not constitute cancellation.
