Please note: Your conference registration does not include accommodations, nor does it guarantee a room will be reserved for you. Therefore, it is your responsibility to reserve your own room for the conference.

We are pleased to offer our attendees lower room rates for 2011 at the Four Seasons Hotel!

A block of rooms has been secured at the Four Seasons Hotel at a group rate of ONLY 1000 RMB per single room, per night. The rooms will be allocated on a first–come, first–served basis. We advise you to make your bookings as early as possible to ensure your room reservation. Reservations will be accepted at the group rate until the room block is full or June 10, 2011 (whichever comes first). After that, reservations will be honored based on availability at regular hotel rates. This rate includes breakfast, in–room internet connection and all taxes & fees.

Hotel Cancellation Policy:

Any late cancellation occurs within 7 days prior to expected arrival day (after 6pm local time), penalty fee of full duration room rate will be charged to individual credit card on file.
