Registration Fees

Regular Fees
US$1,195 per participant (if registered on or before October 1, 2008)
US$1,395 per participant (if registered after October 1, 2008)

Group Discount: Companies sending five or more attendees will benefit from a group discount of 20%.

The registration fee covers participation in all conference sessions, cocktail receptions on November 12th and 13th, lunch on November 13th and 14th, breaks, and a copy of the conference proceedings. The fee does not include accommodations or meals other than those mentioned above. All fees must be paid in full prior to the conference.

Payment Options

Registration fees for the International Containerboard Conference can be paid by one of the following options:
- Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express)
- Wire Transfer
- Check (only from banks located in the US, made payable to RISI)

Cancellation Policy

For registered attendees who are unable to attend the conference, the following cancellation policy applies:

• Full refund of the registration fee with written notification of cancellation received on or before October 1, 2008.
• 60% refund with written notification of cancellation received on or before October 15, 2008.
• Fees will not be refunded if cancellation notification is received after October 15, 2008, or in case of no-show.
• Substitutions are allowed at any time.
