REGISTRATION

Visitors to Brazil are required to have a valid business visa, which may take several weeks to obtain. Please book early if you plan on attending! Visit Travel Docs if you are unsure of how to obtain a visa.

Registration Fees

BRL 2555 per participant

FREE to customers who have latin American Conference registrations included in a corporate contract.*
Please contact our dedicated team handling Member Passes by emailing tatiana@wbe.com.br or call +55 19 3702 6709 . Our team will verify the number of passes included in your corporate contract and personally help you to register for the event.

*Your contract will be verified prior to processing your registration. You will be notified if you are not eligible to receive free entry or if the limited number of passes have already been claimed.

Group Discount:
Companies sending five or more attendees will benefit from a group discount of 20%. The registration fee covers participation in all conference sessions, cocktail receptions, lunches, breaks, and a copy of the conference proceedings. The fee does not include accommodations or meals other than those mentioned above. All fees must be paid in full prior to the conference.
