Registration Fees

Regular Fees:
US$1,095 per participant (if registered on or before October 9, 2009)
US$1,295 per participant (if registered after October 9, 2009)

Group Discount:
Companies sending five or more attendees will benefit from a group discount of 20%.

The registration fee covers participation in all conference sessions, cocktail receptions on November 15th and 16th, lunch on November 16th and 17th, breaks, and a copy of the conference proceedings. The fee does not include accommodations or meals other than those mentioned above. All fees must be paid in full prior to the conference.

Cancellation Policy

For registered attendees who are unable to attend the conference, the following cancellation policy applies:

• Full refund of the registration fee with written notification of cancellation received before October 9, 2009
• 60% refund and a copy of the conference proceedings with written notification of cancellation received on or before October 23, 2009
• Fees will not be refunded if cancellation notification is received after October 23, 2009, or in case of no-show.
• Substitutions are allowed at any time.
• Non-payment does not constitute cancellation.
