Please note: Your conference registration does not include accommodations, nor does it guarantee a room will be reserved for you. Therefore, it is your responsibility to reserve your own room for the conference.

A block of rooms has been secured at the Sheraton Lisboa Hotel & Spa in Lisbon, Portugal at a group rate of 175 euros per night (for a single room) and 195 euros per night (for a double room). These rates include breakfast served in the hotel restaurant and taxes. You can reserve your room during the online registration process or by calling +31.20.5727303.

The rooms will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and require a nonrefundable deposit of 100 euros. We advise you to make your bookings as early as possible to ensure your room reservation. Reservations will be accepted at the group rate until the room block is full or February 25th, 2008 (whichever comes first). After that, reservations will be honored based on availability at regular hotel rates. Please note that if you wish to cancel your room, you have until February 25th, 2008 to cancel without penalty. After that date, the hotel will charge for one night.
