PPI Transport Symposium 19 is the one event of the year dedicated to the interests and needs of those working in the global forest products logistics industry. No other event gives you access to as many senior level executives working in this important market segment. This year's program includes a dynamic conference program, large exhibition area, and lots of networking time. Join us in Amsterdam.

Exhibition and Conference Locations

The exhibition hall is in Hall 10 and can be accessed via Entrance E. On Wednesday October 12th, the conference will be held just outside Hall 10 in Room E104-107. On Thursday and Friday, the conference will be held in Room E102.

Tuesday, October 11

    Registration Desk Open

    Location: Forum Lounge, Entrance E, Amsterdam RAI

    If you are planning to attend the Port Tour and Opening Reception, we are issuing temporary badges to allow you to access the Port Tour and Opening Reception. These can be picked up at the Spliethoff Office at the start of the Port Tour or at the National Maritime Museum for the Opening Reception.

    Please note that in order to get into the RAI, you need to pick up your Symposium Badge from the registration area in the Forum Lounge outside Hall 10 (exhibit hall) at Entrance E. If you pick up your badge at the RAI on Tuesday, this will also allow you access to the Port Tour and Opening Reception.

    Port Tour

    Location: Meet at Spliethoff Offices (Radarweg 36, 1042 AA Amsterdam). See shuttle bus schedule for transportation details. You must be registered to attend.

  • 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

    Opening Reception

    Location: The National Maritime Museum (Het Scheepvaartmuseum, Kattenburgerplein 1, 1018 KK Amsterdam)
