Registration & Customer Service Desk Hours
The registration & customer service desk will be located in the Forum Lounge at the RAI.
- Tuesday, October 11: 10.00 AM – 6.00 PM
- Wednesday, October 12: 8.00 AM – 6.00 PM
- Thursday, October 13: 8.30 AM – 6.00 PM
- Friday, October 14: 8.30 AM – 1.30 PM
Exhibition and Conference Locations
The exhibition hall is in Hall 10 and can be accessed via Entrance E. On Wednesday October 12th, the conference will be held just outside Hall 10 in Room E104-107. On Thursday and Friday, the conference will be held in Room E102.
Exhibitor and Sponsor Queries
Please visit the Organization Office in Room E001on the lower level of the RAI.
Coffee Breaks and Lunches
All Coffee Breaks and Lunches are served in the Exhibit Hall. Enjoy extra networking time and refreshments while you visit our exhibiting companies.
The IFPTA Member lunch will be held in Room E104-105.
Badges
All delegates are required to wear their badges throughout the Symposium, networking events, cocktail parties, tours, and the exhibition.
