Our clients are leaders in Tissue, Towel and Napkin manufacturing. Due to major expansions and ongoing needs there are now multiple key positions. (Including but not limited to: Maintenance Manager, Converting Manager, Engineering & Maintenance Manager)

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for Maintenance department, the future growth and the immediate day to day leadership of maintenance for the site. Position desires someone willing to work with virtually every department to succeed in the desired goals of top quality, continuous improvement, cost efficiency. Will lead the maintenance department in a way to safely and cost effectively improving reliability performance on sites assets.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree Engineering - Mechanical, Electrical, Paper Science or related engineering.
• Minimum of 8 yrs related experience either as Maintenance Manager, Engineering Manager, or combination with increasing responsibility within tissue and/or pulp & paper industry.
• Technical leadership experience required in paper or similar industry.
• Tissue & Towel manufacturing experience highly desired.
