Located in our Brussels office, the Customer Service & Account Representative is responsible for assisting in the sales and fulfillment of RISI information products to prospects in Europe. RISI's services include global industry news, price reports, data products, forecasts and benchmarking services.


Core Responsibilities:


  • Assisting RISI’s Key Account Manager’s to meet client needs and grow business relationships
  • Responding to client needs promptly by telephone and email
  • Entering new orders and adjusting existing orders in RISI’s order management system based on information provided by sales or customers
  • Provide valuable feedback into the product/business development process

Desired Skills:


  • Eagerness to learn and understand customer needs
  • Fluent in English and at least one other language
  • Strong communications skills
  • Strong computer skills (including MS Office) and ability to learn new programs quickly
  • Must be self-motivated and have an entrepreneurial spirit
