Pulp & Paper's annual mill management survey goes global
BOSTON, MA, Sept. 5, 2007 - RISI today announced the expansion of their annual Pulp & Paper Mill Management survey to cover all world regions.
For decades, Pulp & Paper (P&P) magazine has published an annual Mill Management Survey, open to all mill personnel in North America with "manager" or "superintendent" in their job titles. The survey is confidential and asks for opinions on current industry issues, daily operations, and relations with employees at mills.
This year, five regional surveys are being conducted: North America, Europe, Asia- Pacific, Latin America and the Rest of the World. Respondents will fill out the survey according to their location.
Both Pulp & Paper and Pulp & Paper International (PPI) will be publishing results from the new Global Mill Management Survey in their December 2007 issues. Results from the North American survey will be published in Pulp & Paper and international results will be covered in PPI.
RISI launches new interactive website dedicated to survey
Additionally, due to the scope of this year's Global Mill Management Survey, RISI has launched a website to host the regional surveys and to provide an interactive experience for participants. In addition to the five regional surveys, the site includes downloadable access to five years of survey results plus relevant mill articles.
The deadline to take the survey is October 26, 2007. Those who complete the Mill Management survey before the deadline will qualify for a chance to win one five prizes:
A set of golf clubs
A free pass to a RISI conference of their choice
Digital camera
