Q: What’s happening?

A: RISI’s pulp and paper news and price services are being upgraded and enhanced. Click here to learn more details about the new features you’ll have access to.

Q: When will the change take place?

A: In May 2008 for most subscribers. For some corporate clients the date will vary due to the additional setup time for their customized sites.

Q: Which publications are changing?

A: The following publications will have new names, along with expanded content and features:

• Pulp & Paper Week
• PPI This Week
• PPI Asia News
• PPI Latin America News
• Pulp & Paper Price Service

Q: I subscribe to one or more of these publications - what do I need to do?

A: You don’t need take any action to get access to the new PPI Markets & Prices service. With the new features launched, you'll see a new user interface when you log in at www.risiinfo.com, and you will automatically have access to the upgraded service.

Q: Will I still get access to Price Watch tables?

A: Yes, the Price Watch tables will cover the same grades as before

Q: Will I be charged for this upgrade?

A: Current subscribers will receive the upgraded service at no additional charge during the period of their current subscription.

Q: What if I don’t like the new service and want to cancel?

A: We hope that doesn’t happen, because we are taking nothing away from your existing service -- only adding more content and new functionality. But RISI will always refund unexpired subscriptions for any reason: just contact RISI Customer Service and we’ll send you a refund for the time left on your subscription.

Q: I’ve forgotten my username and password. What should I do?

A: Simply click here and enter your email address where indicated. Your login details will be emailed to you.
