Delay in Latin American pulp projects expected due to international economic woes



SAO PAULO ,  (RISI) - Votorantim Celulose e Papel's (VCP) CEO Jose Luciano Penido said yesterday that pulp producers will have to look at taking maintenance downtime in order to bring down high inventories and that capacity expansion projects will have to be postponed and re-evaluated due to the current international economic problems.
