BRUSSELS , Nov. 6, 2009 (RISI) - Recycled containerboard prices bounced back up by Euro 80-90/tonne in continental Europe in September and October, reaching levels close to those seen before the crash one year ago. The UK saw more modest hikes of £35/tonne last month.
