BRUSSELS , Jan. 2, 2013 (RISI) -
FOEX's dollar-based pulp indices weakened this week, with the northern bleached softwood kraft (NBSK) pulp price decreasing by $0.23/tonne and the bleached hardwood kraft (BHK) pulp price inching down by $0.63/tonne. The euro-based prices increased, however, with that for NBSK rising by Euro 1.03/tonne and that for BHK moving up by Euro 0.68/tonne, respectively, due to the euro's weakening against the dollar.
On the recovered fiber front, the OCC index decreased by Euro 0.27/tonne and the ONP/OMG price inched down by Euro 0.02/tonne.
