SAN FRANCISCO , Feb. 11, 2013 (RISI) -
Several major companies in the North American pulp industry are among those China's Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) is probing in its dissolving pulp (DP) anti-dumping investigation, RISI's PPI Pulp & Paper Week reported Friday. The ministry is investigating 10 producers in the USA and Canada, and one in Brazil.
China's inquiry covers "cellulose pulp, dissolving pulp, dissolving wood pulp, cotton linter pulp and bamboo pulp," according to ministry's statement.
