SHANGHAI , Dec. 12, 2012 (RISI) -
Henan Shengyuan Paper is carrying out civil engineering work for a new 400,000 tonne/yr recycled linerboard machine at a greenfield site in Luoyang city, Henan province.
Startup is scheduled for early 2014. Voith Paper is to supply the PM, which will be 6.6 m wide and have a design speed of 1,200 m/min.
