BRUSSELS , July 3, 2009 (RISI) - India's Saber Group has taken over Swiss Quality Paper from Papierfabrik Horgen Holding. The value of the transaction was not disclosed. The deal was completed toward the end of May, but Swiss Quality Paper expects the handover to be wrapped up in the next three to four months.
