SAO PAULO , Jan. 30, 2013 (RISI) -
Brazilian Celulose Irani has informed the market today that Companhia Comercial de Imóveis (CCI), which indirectly controls Irani through Grupo Habitasul, on Jan. 29 completed the acquisition of Indústria de Papel e Papelão São Roberto's 100% shares.
São Roberto is a traditional Brazilian corrugated packaging company, headquartered in São Paulo city, southeast Brazil. The company produces containerboard and corrugated board and has industrial plants located in São Paulo city and Santa Luzia city, Minas Gerais state.
