SHANGHAI , Jan. 14, 2013 (RISI) -
Jiangsu Changfeng Paper has started trial runs on a new 300,000 tonne/yr recycled linerboard PM at its mill in Zhenjiang city, Jiangsu province.
The unit, dubbed PM 3, was initially planned to come online by the end of 2011. But the startup date was postponed several times until this month.
