BRISBANE , April 11, 2014 (RISI) -
The New Zealand Commerce Commission has wrapped up its case focusing on cartel activity in the country carried out by Australasian packaging giants Amcor and Visy in 2000-2004.
In its final ruling on the case, on April 8 it hit Amcor executive James Hodgson with an NZ$98,352 ($85,706) fine for his part in the cartel.
