SAN FRANCISCO , Nov. 20, 2009 (RISI) - Total paperboard production decreased by 6.2% in October 2009 compared with October 2008, according to a report issued yesterday by American Forest & Paper Association (AF&PA). Total production, however, increased from September totals by 25,100 tons or 2.3%.
