SHANGHAI , March 6, 2013 (RISI) -
China's Sichuan Yibin Paper is postponing the startup of a 350,000 tonne/yr cartonboard PM to the first quarter of 2014 at a greenfield mill in Yibin city, Sichuan province.
The PM was previously planned to start up by the end of 2013 at the new site as part of the firm's mill relocation plan, now that it has shut down its old Yibin plant.
