SAN FRANCISCO , Aug. 18, 2009 (RISI) - Terrace Bay Pulp, which idled production in January-February and filed for Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act (CCAA) protection in March during a depressed market for pulp, last week told former customers it hoped to restart the 475,000 tonnes/yr mill on November 1, RISI's PPI Pulp & Paper Week reported.
