Elof Hansson Holding AB, Gothenburg, Sweden, has acquired all shares in PTI Paper Testing Instruments GmbH Austria and its German subsidiary Frank-PTI.
PTI's activities include production and sales of a broad program of laboratory equipment and instruments for quality control of pulp, paper, board and tissue.
