MarquipWardUnited has announced that Case Paper Company recently installed a MarquipWardUnited SheetWizard sheeter at its Chicago facility. The SheetWizard adds to the company's capabilities for offering complete finishing and custom converting through its state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities. Case Paper operates more than 40 sheeters, trimmers and rewinders throughout North America and stocks the largest, most diverse inventory of fine papers and board grades of any private paper company in the U.S.
Case Paper selected a 1650 mm SheetWizard sheeter equipped with four webs running capability, to allow versatility to handle a full range of paper and board products. With this machine, even the most demanding substrates can be sheeted precisely and cleanly. The new sheeter replaced two older sheeters and removed the need to guillotine sheeted product. The SheetWizard is extremely flexible and can be configured to sheet not only a wide range of substrates, but also a wide range of cut off lengths from 17 to 65 inches (11 to 82 inches optional). With the help of the new sheeter, Case Paper will be able to expand its production capabilities, improve quality and achieve quicker turnaround to its service customers. Precision sheeting equals less production time.
