Tronox to increase titanium dioxide prices by $0.15/ pound in North America effective Jan. 1

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK, Dec. 21, 2011 (PRNewswire) -
Tronox Incorporated, on behalf of its subsidiary companies, today announced the following price increase for all TRONOX titanium dioxide (TiO2) grades:

Effective January 1, 2012 or as contracts allow:

• North America $0.15 per pound

These increases are in addition to those previously announced. Other increases may be announced locally within each region.
