Norampac to expand Ontario box plant in $1M project [From the web]

ST. MARYS, ON, Aug. 27, 2010 (Local News) - It may be located in a small town, but big things are happening at Norampac in St. Marys.

Construction is expected to begin as early as next week on an expansion at the corrugated packaging plant that will eventually house a new multimillion- dollar, state-of-the-art, high- speed printing press -- the first one of its kind in Canada.

St. Marys town council approved the site plan agreement with Norampac last week for the $1-million, 15,000-square-foot addition at the south end of the James Street South facility.
