Kadant Johnson acquires Techmo Systems in Italy

WEESP, The Netherlands, Nov. 30, 2010 (Press Release) - Kadant Johnson Europe BV, a subsidiary of Kadant Inc.has completed the acquisition of Techmo Systems, a Europe-based supplier of advanced steam systems and control software used in paper drying with historical annual revenues of approximately $2 million. The company will do business as Kadant Techmo Systems with its headquarters in Como, Italy.
