DuPont sets euro and dollar price hikes for titanium dioxide products in Europe, Middle East and Africa

WILMINGTON, DE, May 4, 2011 (PRNewswire) - Effective June 1, 2011, DuPont Titanium Technologies announces a net price increase of 250 Euros per metric tonne, or as permitted by contract, for all DuPont^TM Ti-Pure® titanium dioxide (TiO2) grades for all countries in which invoicing is in Euro, namely the countries of Western and Central Europe and the North African region.

In addition, effective June 1, 2011, DuPont Titanium Technologies announces a net price increase of $500 per metric tonne (USD), or as permitted by contract, for all DuPont^TM Ti-Pure® titanium dioxide (TiO2) grades for all countries in which invoicing is in U.S. dollar, namely the countries of Eastern Europe, Middle East and the Sub-Saharan African region.
