Florelle Tissue to begin work on revamping NY mill for restart in summer 2012 [From the web]

BROWNVILLE, NY, Dec. 1, 2011 (Watertown Daily Times) - Now the real fun begins for Florelle Tissue Corp. and President Harry Minas.

All of the financing for the startup paper product manufacturer was signed Tuesday, nearly two years after Florelle's owners began considering Jefferson County as a site.

"I can get to work now on what I really wanted to do," Mr. Minas said.
