Waukesha Bearings acquires Illinois based Inpro/Seal in the US

PEWAUKEE, WI, Jan. 5, 2010 (Press Release) - Waukesha Bearings, an operating company of Dover Corporation acquired Inpro/Seal Company, the leading designer and manufacturer of bearing isolator technologies, effective December 30, 2009. Inpro/Seal is based in Rock Island, Illinois. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The Inpro/Seal brand has been highly successful in North America, and the addition of Waukesha's global footprint provides opportunities for growth internationally.
