Toscotec to supply tissue rewinder to LuoHe YinGe Tissue Paper in China

Last 09-10-2010 LuoHe YinGe Tissue Paper Industry Co. Ltd leader enterprise of Chinese paper industry, based in Luohe City China, has signed a contract with the Italian company Toscotec for the supply of a TT WIND-L Tissue rewinder for its new tissue production line to be installed in the company ‘s mill in Luohe, China.

Yinge Group, established in the year 2004, is a large multi-trade and multi-area enterprise which includes more than 10 companies. The Group is one of the 500 Chinese leading companies and reach the top ten in the paper industry.

In the recent years the Group has invested more than RMB 500,000,000 in environment treatment and recycling technology . The main products are household paper, packing paper, special paper and culture paper .

The TT-WIND LShaftless features 3 unwind stands and is capable of handling parent roll of 5600 mm width and 3000 mm diameter at a maximum working speed of 900 mpm. The rewinder is equipped with a slitting unit complete of 32 knives able to reach a minimum slitting width of 150 mm.

The project includes all the necessary rewinder auxiliaries as well as control system, dust removal system service and a spare package.

Rewinder start-up is foreseen for 3Q 2011.
