Cleantech startup raises $4M toward developing cellulosic biofuels from wastepaper sludge [From the web]

BOSTON, Jan. 6, 2012 (Local News) - Novogy Inc., a Cambridge cleantech startup, has raised $4 million of a planned $7.5 million fundraise, federal documents show.

Three investor participated in the funding round, according to the filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, which did not identify them by name. Listed as related persons in the filing are Andrew Ziolkowski of Indiana VC firm Cultivian Ventures, and co-founders Colin South and Ginja Collins, both former executives at Mascoma Corp.
