RICHMOND, VA , Dec. 18, 2012 (RISI) -
The Harvard timberland group will reportedly acquire 68,900 acres and wood processing mills in Uruguay from Ence for $77.3 million. The operation includes eucalyptus plantations as well as sawmills and a woodchip facility.
The transaction requires the approval of Uruguayan authorities.
