Wood energy to power Hawaii utility



RICHMOND, VA ,  (RISI) - Hamakua Biomass Energy plans a 30-megawatt wood energy station that would sell power to Hawaiian Electric Light Co. The project's initial cost will be about $200 million, according to reports.
