PORTLAND, OR , Nov. 20, 2009 (RISI) - In Freddie Mac's Primary Mortgage Market Survey, the 30-year fixed-rate mortgage (FRM) averaged 4.83% with an average 0.7 point for the week ending November 19, 2009, down from 4.91% the previous week. Last year at this time, the 30-year FRM averaged 6.04%.
