Mortgage interest rates drift slightly lower; 30-year FRM at 4.13%



PORTLAND, OR , July 17, 2014 (RISI) - 

In Freddie Mac's Primary Mortgage Market Survey, the 30-year fixed-rate mortgage (FRM) averaged 4.13% with an average 0.6 point for the week ending July 17, 2014, down from the prior week when it averaged 4.15%. A year ago at this time, the 30-year FRM averaged 4.37%.

The 15-year FRM averaged 3.23% with an average 0.5 point, down from 3.24%. A year ago at this time, the 15-year FRM averaged 3.41%.
