PORTLAND, OR , Sept. 3, 2010 (RISI) - In Freddie Mac's Primary Mortgage Market Survey, the 30-year fixed-rate mortgage (FRM) averaged 4.32% with an average 0.7 point for the week ending September 2, 2010, down from the previous week when it averaged 4.36%. Last year at this time, the 30-year FRM averaged 5.08%.
