PORTLAND, OR , March 7, 2013 (RISI) -
In Freddie Mac's Primary Mortgage Market Survey, the 30-year fixed-rate mortgage (FRM) averaged 3.52% with an average 0.7 point for the week ending March 7, 2013, up slightly from the prior week's average of 3.51%. Last year at this time, the 30-year FRM averaged 3.88%.
The 15-year FRM averaged 2.76% with an average 0.7 point, the same as the prior week. A year ago at this time, the 15-year FRM averaged 3.13%.
