PORTLAND, OR , Jan. 4, 2010 (RISI) - In a letter dated December 31, 2009, Sherwood Lumber president, Andy Goodman, announced a subsidiary, Bloch Lumber Acquisition, LLC was the successful bidder of the assets of Bloch Lumber, including the rights to the name Bloch Lumber. Many of the employess from the original Bloch Lumber will be employed by the new company, according to the letter.
