PORTLAND, OR , Nov. 21, 2012 (RISI) -
In Freddie Mac's Primary Mortgage Market Survey, the 30-year fixed-rate mortgage (FRM) averaged 3.31% with an average 0.7 point for the week ending November 21, 2012, down from the prior week when it averaged 3.34%. Last year at this time, the 30-year FRM averaged 3.98%.
The 15-year FRM averaged 2.63% with an average 0.7 point, down from 2.65%. A year ago at this time, the 15-year FRM averaged 3.30%.
