PORTLAND, OR , Sept. 2, 2010 (RISI) - Tolko Industries will extend the curtailments of its Armstrong and Soda Creek stud mills by one week, to September 6, 2010. Following that, consideration of restarting the mills will be on a week-to-week basis, according to company sources.
